How do I cancel or suspend my account? - Top
- To cancel or suspend your account, you MUST fax or mail your request via USPS to us. This is for security reasons. Please send your request, incuding your name, billing information, domain name, reason for cancellation to:

or fax it to 864-472-3699
Plese note that we will not cancel your billing until we receive your cancellation request via one of these two methods.
